Terms of use

Simple terms for a simple pause.

These terms apply to the Swaylune iPhone app and this website. By using Swaylune, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

Effective 22 July 2026

1. The service

Swaylune provides authored and customizable haptic patterns for short, intentional sessions on supported iPhones. It works only while the app is open in the foreground. Features may vary by device capability, iOS version, and system settings.

2. Safe and appropriate use

Use Swaylune only while stationary, attentive, and in a safe setting. Do not use it while driving, cycling, operating equipment, or in any situation where distraction could be dangerous. Stop immediately if you experience pain, numbness, discomfort, or unusual warmth.

Swaylune is a general wellness utility, not a medical device, and does not diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any condition. Do not use it as a substitute for professional medical advice.

3. Guided samples and Swaylune Pro

Before purchase, a supported iPhone can play three user-started, 10-second authored samples: Still, Tide, and Spark. Swaylune Pro is a one-time, non-consumable App Store purchase that unlocks all 12 authored patterns, live controls, Pattern Studio, and local custom-pattern saves. It is not a subscription or a free trial.

The price shown in the app is provided by Apple for your storefront. Apple processes payment, taxes, refunds, and purchase restoration. Purchases are also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services terms.

4. Your creations

You retain responsibility for custom patterns you create. They are stored locally and may be lost if you delete the app or device data. You may not misuse Swaylune, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits, or use it unlawfully.

5. Availability and warranties

Swaylune is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or a particular physical or wellness outcome. System interruptions, device settings, and iOS behavior may stop a session.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mykhailo Moroz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Swaylune. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Apple terms and support

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Swaylune. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms where required by the App Store. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Questions about these terms can be sent to mykhailomoroz333@gmail.com.
