1. Information stored on your device
Your onboarding status, preferences, favorites, and custom Pattern Studio creations are stored locally on your iPhone. Swaylune does not upload those items to our servers, and the app does not provide an account or cloud-sync service.
2. Purchases and entitlements
If you view or purchase Swaylune Pro, Apple processes the transaction through the App Store. We do not receive your payment-card details. Purchase and entitlement information may be processed by Apple and Adapty so the app can display the correct product, confirm access, restore purchases, and understand purchase performance.
This information may include the product purchased, transaction and entitlement status, storefront, price and currency, app version, device platform, and an app-scoped identifier. Swaylune configures Adapty not to collect IDFA or IP address. We do not assign an account identifier because Swaylune has no login.
3. What we do not use
- No advertising SDKs or advertising identifier.
- No location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or health data.
- No advertising or sensitive session analytics. Adapty processes limited app-open, paywall-assignment, purchase, and entitlement events for commerce functionality and reporting.
- No cross-app profile or data broker.
4. Retention and your choices
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it in the app where available, or remove the app. Purchase records are retained by Apple under Apple’s policies. Adapty retains purchase and entitlement records as needed to provide purchase infrastructure and reporting. You can manage or request a refund for an App Store purchase through Apple.
5. Website privacy
This website has no account or contact form, and Swaylune does not add advertising, analytics trackers, or embedded marketing pixels. The site's hosting and security infrastructure may process standard connection data and set strictly necessary cookies for delivery, abuse prevention, and bot protection. Swaylune does not use those cookies for advertising or behavioral analytics. If you email us, your message is handled by your and our email providers so we can respond.
6. Children and changes
Swaylune is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children for the purpose of collecting personal information. If this policy changes materially, the effective date above will be updated.
